Disable Help Sticker Notifications

Version: Windows 8.1 Enterprise

Upon logging into Windows 8.1 for the first time, a series of Help Sticker Notifications will appear to guide users with the new UI. This may be an unwanted setting if you’re trying to build a reference image. Below is a registry setting that can be added to a registry (*.reg) file which then can be deployed as part of your reference image build process. Once you have applied this setting, sysprepped, and captured your image, the “copyprofile” method in the unattend.xml file can be used to ensure this is part of your default configuration.
